This slatted floor was deevleoped for open stable concepts and can be used to clean the surfaces with a single vehicle with up to 6 tons total weight or 3 tons axle load – track widths 2m, whieel contact area 0,30 x 0,30m.

SUDING-slatted floors are perfectly matched to the needs of the animals. A non-slip and slip-resistant surface optimizes the running characteristics and reduces the risk of injury. The soils bind off after production on especially processed wood and steel pallets, which leave a non-slip texture on the surface and thus ensure a long surefooted floor.
Due to the unique production in molds with plastic surfaces, we achieve a smooth underside on the floors which prevent sticking of the manuare in the openings. The result is a clean floor and healthy pigs!
SUDING-Concrete-Slatted-Floors for pigs are produced according to DIN EN 12737. They are certified by the BauZert e.V. through factory production control and the product-certificate “Floor slats for livestock”. We will be happy to provide you with an EC declaration of performance to prove that our slats meet the requirements of the European norm.
