Designed for loads with an animal weight of 250 kg (load class B1/B2) and a slot width of a maximum of 11 mm, this floor is optimally tailored to the needs of weaned piglets. With a tread width of 66 mm, both the pig farming regulations and the concrete covering were complied with.

SUDING-slatted floors are perfectly matched to the needs of the animals. A non-slip and slip-resistant surface optimizes the running characteristics and reduces the risk of injury. The soils bind off after production on especially processed wood and steel pallets, which leave a non-slip texture on the surface and thus ensure a long surefooted floor.
Due to the unique production in molds with plastic surfaces, we achieve a smooth underside on the floors which prevent sticking of the manuare in the openings. The result is a clean floor and healthy pigs!
SUDING-Concrete-Slatted-Floors for pigs are produced according to DIN EN 12737. They are certified by the BauZert e.V. through factory production control and the product-certificate “Floor slats for livestock”.
